flightVehicles

Arwing

Starfighter

The iconic starfighter of the Star Fox team. The Arwing is a versatile all-range combat vehicle capable of flying through space, atmosphere, and tight corridors with equal precision. Its G-Diffuser system enables incredible maneuverability.

Features

  • Twin laser cannons with charge shot capability
  • Smart Bomb launcher for area damage
  • Barrel Roll for deflecting enemy fire
  • Boost and Brake for speed control
  • Homing lock-on for charged shots
  • Wing damage system — lose wings, lose lasers

Controls

  • A Button: Fire lasers
  • B Button: Smart Bomb
  • Hold A: Charge shot (release for homing attack)
  • Z/R: Barrel Roll
  • C-Up / C-Down: Speed Boost / Brake

Pro Tips

  • Always keep your wings intact — losing both halves your firepower.
  • Use Barrel Rolls when enemies fire at you from behind.
  • Charge shots are essential for medal runs — they home in on tight formations.
  • Boost through narrow gaps and brake for precision aiming.
Used in: Corneria, Meteo, Sector Y, Fichina, Katina, Sector X, Solar, Zoness, Sector Z, Bolse, Area 6, Venom

Landmaster

Tank

The Landmaster is a heavy tank designed for ground assaults. It trades the Arwing's speed for raw firepower and durability. The Landmaster can hover for short periods, allowing it to cross gaps and avoid ground hazards.

Features

  • Twin laser cannons (same as Arwing)
  • Hover jets for jumping over obstacles
  • Smart Bomb launcher
  • Heavier armor than the Arwing
  • Slower movement but more stable aiming

Controls

  • A Button: Fire lasers
  • B Button: Smart Bomb
  • Hold A: Charge shot
  • Z/R: Barrel Roll (tank spin)
  • C-Up: Hover jump

Pro Tips

  • Use hover jumps to avoid train barricades on Macbeth.
  • The Landmaster's slower speed makes it easier to aim charged shots.
  • You can't fly — plan your route carefully on Titania.
  • Destroy everything on the train for maximum hits on Macbeth.
Used in: Titania, Macbeth

Blue-Marine

Submarine

Slippy Toad's custom attack submarine. The Blue-Marine operates exclusively underwater on Aquas, replacing the Arwing's flight capabilities with deep-sea maneuverability. Its unlimited torpedo supply makes it uniquely suited for underwater combat.

Features

  • Unlimited Light-Bomb Torpedoes
  • Laser cannons (no lock-on reticle)
  • Torpedoes act as underwater lanterns
  • Auto-lock torpedoes by aiming
  • No wing damage system

Controls

  • A Button: Fire lasers
  • B Button: Launch Torpedo
  • Torpedoes auto-lock when aimed at targets
  • No charge shot — rely on torpedoes for heavy damage

Pro Tips

  • Fire torpedoes constantly — they light up the dark depths.
  • Torpedoes are slow; lead moving targets.
  • Only one torpedo can be active at a time — wait for impact before firing again.
  • Destroy Starfish before they get close — Barrel Roll doesn't protect against their blast.
Used in: Aquas

boltWeapons & Items

Laser Cannons

The primary weapon on all vehicles. Starts with single lasers, upgrades to twin and hyper lasers.

Upgrade Path

Single → Twin → Hyper Laser

Hyper lasers fire faster and deal more damage. Lose a wing, lose a laser tier.

Charge Shot

Hold the fire button to charge a homing energy blast. Fully charged shots lock onto enemies and deal massive damage.

Upgrade Path

No upgrade — performance depends on laser tier

Essential for medal runs. Use on tight formations for multi-kills. Smart Bombs can be combined with charge shots.

Smart Bomb

Area-of-effect explosive that destroys everything in its blast radius. Limited supply, but can be replenished.

Upgrade Path

Max 9 bombs

Save for large clusters or boss weak points. On Zoness, destroyed cannons drop extra bombs.

Supply Ring

Restores shield energy. Silver rings restore partial health; Gold rings restore full health.

Upgrade Path

Silver → Gold

Destroy specific enemies and obstacles to reveal rings. On Solar, shoot lava rocks to create rings.
